Prepare Your Package
Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure eligibility for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
